An officer is arrested and sentenced for jail in charge of killing his senior police chief, lucky Miller in Oklahoma during the altercation


An Oklahoma police chief died during an altercation with one of the fellow officers here in Florida on Monday.

Deputies of Escambia County sheriff have found the body of Mannford Police Chief Lucky Miller. It was soon found he had a fight with one of the fellow policemen at the Hilton Garden Inn in Pensacola Beach near Mobile, Alabama, around 9 pm. on Sunday.

Mannford is located about 20 miles west of the district of Tulsa. Before his death, Miller was the police chief in the district of Mannford, Oklahoma. It is a small town about 20 miles west of Tulsa. It has a population of about three thousand two hundred.

Michael Patrick Nealey, Mannford Police Officer, has been arrested. He is charged with homicide and debased murder without premeditation.  He was currently held at the Escambia County Jail, without any bond issued. Police believe it was alcohol in their system that had stimulated a brawl between the two. It’s thought to the reason behind the burden of Miller.

According to the authorities, the duo was in town for a Law Enforcement Conference. Records reported Nealey would be made to the public without any further police investigation.

Miller, 44, has been saving in the police since 2007.  He is married and is the father of three children. We are heartbroken by the news,” Mannford Mayor Tyler Buttram said. “Please keep both families in your prayers as we work to move forward.” Another police chief has been appointed to look into the case.
