The following early year, Marvel Comics’ Nebula will feature in her very first single title. Marvel Comics’ Nebula is set to release this February. The six-part limited sequel arrives from writer Vita Ayala (Prisoner X) and artist Claire Roe (Fearless).
It goes after the titular character, who is after what is explained as a “secret device.” However, if she needs to get her hands working on it, she will have to be one step further of one of the galaxy’s most badly famous bounty hunters.
“[Since] the fills kind of invigorated interest again in her, we have gotten to discern her pop up more and extra in the comics,” Ayala informed Refinery29. “And now, here is her single title where all we do is dive deep and go through who she is and why she behaves in a way she does. That is kind of my jam.
“I want to kind of show how cool Nebula is although she is a bad guy, and how much extra complex she is as compared to what we might think of it was my task to try and discern who she is on a way of two-dimensional level,” she proceeded. “Being able to stay in her head and fill in all the corners is given me a good thought for her, and I need other people also to adore her and need her to do her best.”
Created by Roger Stern and John Buscema, Nebula who is a daughter of Thanos and sister of Gamora – was first seen in 1985’s Avengers #257.
As Ayala says, the character has been invigorated again by the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Played by Karen Gillan, Nebula establishes her huge screen launch in 2014’s Guardians of the Galaxy. Gillan has since praised her role in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Avengers again: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame.
