Soak green grams overnight. Add carrots, tomatoes, capsicum, salt lemon juice, and cilantro leaves to the mix with the grams. To make it more delicious, add sugar.

Chop lettuce and cabbage. Put in cherry tomatoes, avocado, olive, and onions. Add salt and pepper with a dash of lime. Then to make it crunchy add walnuts according to your taste.
These are some of 10-minutes salads on the go. You can mix up some of your favourite vegetables and make up your special salad. Salads should not be viewed as boring food.
